BEBIDAS QUE TE CALIENTAN EL ALMA pte.2
Bienvenidos a mi época favorita del año para tomar cosas calientitas y apapachadoras. Hoy les tengo 4 recetas deliciosas y otoñales para disfrutar en un outfit bien cozy rodeada de cobijas y leyendo un buen libro o viendo tu serie favorita. Y me tienen que decir cuál de todas fue su favorita!
*En estas bebidas uso mi Stevia favorita que puedes conseguir aquí.
1.- LATTE DE NUEZ
INGREDIENTES:
- 3/4 taza de leche vegetal
- 2 cucharadas de nuez + un poco más para decorar
- 1/4 cdita de canela + un poco más para decorar
- 3/4 taza de café americano (puede ser de cafetera o soluble)
- Miel de maple, piloncillo, azúcar morena o stevia para endulzar (yo usé 1 cucharada de miel de piloncillo para darle sabor y le puse unas gotas de stevia para hacerlo más dulce sin añadirle tanta azúcar)
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- Prepara la taza de café y déjala aparte.
- En una ollita calienta la leche a fuego bajo.
- Ya que la leche está a punto de hervir apaga el fuego y deja templar un minuto. Luego agrega la leche al vaso de la licuadora junto con los demás ingredientes excepto el café. Licúa a baja velocidad primero y sube hasta llegar a la máxima velocidad por un minuto para que se haga espuma.
- En tu taza preferida sirve el café y agrega la leche de nuez. Trata de vaciar la espuma al final. Decora con unas cuantas nueces picadas por encima y un poco de canela en polvo.
- Disfrútalo para comenzar el día, es delicioso.
2.- ATOLE DE AVENA
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 litro de leche vegetal
- 2 tazas de agua
- 1/2 taza de avena
- 1 ramita de canela
- Azúcar o endulzante al gusto
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- En una olla calienta las 2 tazas de agua con la ramita de canela y deja que hierva.
- Mientras, agrega la leche vegetal a la licuadora con la avena y licúa muy bien.
- Una vez que el agua ya está hirviendo y la canela está soltando su aroma y color agrega la leche con la avena y reduce la temperatura a fuego medio-bajo. Remueve constantemente hasta que dé un hervor, esto significa que el tole ya está listo. Deja que hierva un par de minutos sin dejar de mover y apaga el fuego. Agrega el endulzante que prefieras.
- Yo le puse 3 cucharadas de azúcar morena más unas gotitas de stevia y así queda perfecto para desayunar.
- Sirve en una taza y decora con un poco de canela en polvo.
3.- SIDRA O PONCHE DE MANZANA
INGREDIENTES:
- 3 manzanas cortadas en cuartos, sin semillas
- Ralladura de 1/2 naranja + su jugo
- 1 trocito de jengibre
- 1 ramita de canela
- 1 clavo de olor
- 1 pizca de nuez moscada
- Piloncillo, maple o stevia para endulzar al gusto
- 5 tazas de agua
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- Agrega todos los ingredientes a una olla y cocina a fuego medio por una hora.
- Pasada la hora revisa que el ponche está bien de azúcar y agrega más si lo consideras necesario. En éste punto puedes dejar la bebida lista o puedes hacerla todavía mas concentrada y dejar al fuego por 1 hora más.
- Si la vas a dejar 1 hora más con una cuchara aplasta los trozos de manzana que ya deben estar suaves y bien cocidos hasta formar un puré. Deja que se siga cocinando un poco más.
- Pasada la otra hora apaga el fuego y deja enfriar un poco. Revisa que esté a tu gusto de dulce y ajusta si es necesario. Pasa por un colador el puré de fruta y demás ingredientes y sirve caliente.
- A mi me encanta así bien concentrado acurrucada en el sillón con Rami.
4.- EL TÍPICO TÉ CON LECHE
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 cucharadita de té negro (puedes usar alternativas sin cafeína como manzanilla, jazmín o rooibos, van bien con el cardamomo)
- 1/4 cucharadita de semillas de cardamomo trituradas
- 1 taza de agua hirviendo
- 1/2 taza de leche vegetal
- 1 cucharadita de azúcar o unas gotitas de stevia
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- Calienta el agua en una ollita hasta que hierva. Una vez que está hirviendo apaga el fuego y déjala reposar 15 segundos.
- Agrega el té y las semillas de cardamomo. Deja que se infusionen 5 minutos.
- Sirve en una taza y agrega la leche vegetal y el endulzante que más te guste. Disfruta por la mañana o en la tarde con un buen libro.
