Waffles Proteinosos

Los mejores waffles, mis favoritos, por prácticos y deliciosos 🤭🧇.

INGREDIENTES:

1 y 1/2 tazas harina de avena
1 y 1/2 cucharaditas polvo para hornear
1 pizca de sal
3 cucharadas mezcla de semillas
2 cucharaditas canela
1 taza leche vegetal
1 cucharada agave, maple o piloncillo
1 droplet stevia
250gr tofu firme

PROCEDIMIENTO:

Agrega todos los ingredientes a la licuadora y procesa muy bien. Si le cuesta trabajo a la licuadora agrega más leche vegetal o agua.
Aceita tu wafflera y vierte suficiente mezcla para formar un waffle. Cocinamos por 8 a 9 minutos en temperatura media. O depende de cómo suelas utilizar tu wafflera.
Esta receta rinde para 3 waffles medianos. Puedes guardarlos en un tupper en el refri y ya tienes el desayuno listo para toda la semana!
