Hoy te comparto 3 recetas deliciosas y saludables para pasar estos fríos. Además son ideales si estás tratando de perder peso, pues son muy bajas en calorías y como tienen mucha fibra son muy llenadoras 
Espero que te gusten.
1.CREMA DE ELOTE
- 750 gr. de elote amarillo
- 3/4 taza de leche vegetal sin azúcar o saborizantes (yo usé leche de soya)
- 1 cita. de pimienta blanca
- sal al gusto
- 3 tazas de agua
- 1/4 cebolla picada
- 1 diente de ajo picado
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- En una olla mediana a fuego medio saltea la cebolla picada por 5 minutos y luego agrega el ajo picado
- Cocina por otros 5 minutos y apaga el fuego
- En una licuadora agrega el elote, la cebolla y ajo salteados, especias, leche vegetal y 1 taza de agua
- Licúa muy bien hasta que no queden grumos
- Vierte la crema de vuelta a la olla a fuego medio
- Agrega las 2 tazas de agua restantes y cocina hasta que hierva
- Ajusta de sal si es necesario
- Y listo!! A mi me gusta acompañarla frijoles negros cocidos y aguacate
2.SOPA DE FLOR DE CALABAZA
- 3 chiles guajillo sin semillas ni venas
- 2 jitomates roma medianos
- 1/4 cebolla pequeña
- 2 dientes de ajo
- sal y pimienta al gusto
- 250 gr. de flor de calabaza bien limpia
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- En una olla con agua pon a cocer los chiles guajiro, jitomate, cebolla, ajo, cal y pimienta
- Deja que hierva hasta que la piel de los jitomates se haya roto
- Apaga el fuego y deja enfriar 5 minutos
- Vacía los vegetales con su agua de cocción a la licuadora y licúa muy bien hasta que ya no hayan grumos – ten cuidado al licuar cosas calientes, no llenes la licuadora a tope y deja que se escape un poco de vapor –
- Devuelve el caldo de jitomate a una olla mediana o grande y agrega 3 a 4 tazas de agua – puedes agregar más agua si lo quieres hacer más caldosito
- Deja que el caldo se cocine por 15 minutos
- Apaga el fuego y agrega la flor de calabaza
- Integra bien y deja que se cocine con el calor del caldo
- Está listo para servir
- Yo lo acompañé con tortillas tostadas y un poco de crema ácida vegana
3.CREMA DE JITOMATE:
- 1 cebolla pequeña picada
- 2 dientes de ajo picados
- 8 jitomates roma picados (aproximadamente 850 gr.)
- 1 a 2 cucharadas de azúcar morena
- 1 cita. pimienta blanca
- sal y pimienta negra al gusto
- 3 tazas de agua o caldo vegetal
- 1/2 taza leche vegetal sin azúcar o saborizantes (yo usé de soya)
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- En una olla mediana a fuego medio cocina la cebolla 5 minutos, agrega el ajo y cocina por 5 minutos más
- Agrega el jitomate, el azúcar y demás especias
- Incorpora y cocina por 20 minutos
- Agrega el agua o caldo y cocina por 10 minutos
- Agrega la leche vegetal, incorpora y apaga el fuego
- Licúa muy bien
- Ya esta listo para servir
- Lo acompañé con un poco de crema ácida vegana y hojuelas de chile
Lo puedes comer con un poco de pan tostado y queso vegano #yummy !

Buenas tardes Diana hace unos meses que comencé a seguirte y me han encantado tus recetas., tengo una duda con respecto a tu receta de crema de elote podría sustituir la pimienta blanca por negra o algún otro condimento? lo que pasa es que aquí en Zacatecas no he podido conseguir pimienta blanca
