¿Sabías que la mayoría de las granolas comerciales y “caseras” tienen gran cantidad de azúcar y aceite? ¡Para nada saludable! Por eso te comparto en este video mi receta favorita para hacer una granola saludable, dulce, sin azúcar ni nada de grasas, porque comer saludable es súper delicioso! Espero que te guste!
INGREDIENTES:
- 2 tazas de avena
- 1 y 1/2 tazas de pasta de dátil con vainilla y canela al gusto (yo hago mi pasta de dátil remojando aproximadamente de 15 a 20 dátiles en agua calientita – la suficiente para cubrirlos bien pero que no queden nadando -, agrego un chorrito de vainilla y 1/2 cdita. de canela, los dejo reposar 15 minutos y después los hago puré con un tenedor
- Ahora puedes agregar algunas nueces o semillas de tu gusto. Yo prefiero agregarlas al final. Las pasitas y demás frutas deshidratadas las agrego al final porque en el horno se queman muy rápido y pierden su textura suave
PROCEDIMIENTO:
- Mezcla todos los ingredientes muy bien
- En una charola para hornear con papel encerado o lámina de silicon para hornear, coloca la mezcla lo mejor esparcida posible
- Hornea a 180ºC por 35 a 45 minutos o hasta que esté ligeramente dorada
- Recomiendo que la remuevas cada 15 minutos para que se dore parejo y no se queme, además queda mucho más crujiente
- Déjala enfriar completamente para que se endurezca y listo!!
- Puedes comerla con leche de plátano como si fuera cereal o encima de tus smoothies
