CREMA BATIDA DE TOFU
Esta crema es muy sencilla de hacer y buenaza para hacer decoraciones sencillas en algunos postres como frappuccinos o rellenos para pasteles.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 bloque de tofu Silken firme o extra firme
- 1/4 taza de azúcar o el endulzante que prefieras
- 1/4 taza de leche vegetal
- 1 cdita. de vainilla
- opcional: jugo de 1 o 2 limones si la quieres hacer un poco más ácida y fresca
- opcional: 1/4 cdita. de cardamomo para darle un sabor más específico – ésta opción va bien con postres frutales y refrescantes
- Agrega todo a la licuadora y procesa por 1 o 2 minutos parando de vez en cuando para quitar las burbujas de aire que se puedan formar y hasta obtener una textura suave
- ¡Listo!
- Úsala para decorar y rellenar tus postres o puedes comértela a cucharadas. Soy culpable de ésta última cuando ando de antojitos dulces y rápidos.
