Barritas de pera
Barritas de pera para estos días de calor
INGREDIENTES:
- 2 peras
- Jugo de ½ limón
- 2 cdas. de fécula de maíz
- 1 taza de harina de avena
- 1 taza de harina de coco
- ⅓ taza de miel de maple
- Gotitas de stevia
- 1 cdita. de vainilla
- Aceite vegetal
PROCEDIMIENTO:
1.Para el relleno, rallar 2 peras en obleas, vaciar sobre un molde y después agregar jugo de limón y fécula de maíz e incorporar. Preparar el relleno 1 noche antes y dejar reposar.
2.A la mañana siguiente, incorporar harina de avena y harina de coco, miel con gotitas de stevia y vainilla en un bowl, mezclar hasta que se haga una mezcla arenosa con grumos.
3.Cuando este lista, en otro molde agregar aceite vegetal y poner una capa de la mezcla, compactar muy bien.
4.Después agregar el relleno de pera por encima, revisar que no queden grumos y por último, otra capa de mezcla, esta la puedes dejar arenosa.
5.Llevar al horno a 190°C por 45 min a 1 hr.
6.Pasado ese tiempo, dejar enfriar muy bien en el refrigerador por 1 hora antes de desmoldarlo y cortarlo.
